remember those times we always meet up for O2.be it last time or now.we will always be this bonded.though O2's over.but the ALPHEUS sprit remain within us.
yeasterday was disco night.for no reason.i just couldn't high up.ended up taking a walk on the track.thanks for pei-ing me.went for supper after that.and my mum called to nag.as usual.i couldn't hold back my tears.

today's my first kayak training.and im proud to announce that i did NOT capsize(: woohoo~hopefully i will not too when using the kboat.though thats abit impossible.was late.swear it aint my fault.and was punished to do 170pushups!!amazingly.i completed it.hohoho~i can feel the muscles on my arms now.heehee.
sadly.oreintation2 is over.more NLB trips now jamie!!
